Claims (1)
- 容量調節用スライド弁を備えたスクリユ圧縮機
本体とスライド弁駆動用油圧シリンダとスライド
弁位置検出手段と容量調節計と電電ポジシヨナと
油圧シリンダ操作用油圧回路とを備え、スライド
弁位置検出手段と容量調節計とからの信号を電電
ポジシヨナに入力し、両信号の偏差に基づく電電
ポジシヨナからの信号に基き、油圧シリンダ操作
用油圧回路、スライド弁駆動用油圧シリンダによ
りスライド弁を移動させるようにしたスクリユ圧
縮機において、上記スライド弁位置検出手段を、
スライド弁駆動用油圧シリンダのピストンロツド
の端部に取付けた磁石と、定位置に固定し、この
磁石の中心部を遊嵌状態で貫かせたプローブを備
えた非接触型変位センサー部とから形成したこと
を特徴とするスクリユ圧縮機。
