Claims (1)
- 先端部にストツパーノズルと、同ストツパーノ
ズルの注湯口開閉部材とを備えた樋状の注湯通路
と、該注湯通路内に溶湯流動方向を横ぎりかつ鋳
鉄溶湯面を仕切つて１箇所または２箇所以上設け
たせきと、前記注湯通路に設けた鋳鉄溶湯の湯面
検出端子と、接種剤の粉末を鋼板で被覆してなる
接触ワイヤを前記注湯通路に送入する接種ワイヤ
供給機とを具備して構成される自動注湯装置にお
いて、ポツパに貯蔵された粉末状の接種剤を供給
する粉末供給手段と、該粉末供給手段に連結され
て前記接種剤を前記ストツパーノズルから落下し
た注湯流または鋳型の湯口カツプ部へと導く供給
ラインとを具備して成る粉末接種剤供給機を設け
、該粉末接種剤供給機と前記接種ワイヤ供給機と
を併用し、前記接種剤の必要量を所望の割合に分
割して添加するように構成したことを特徴とする
自動注湯装置。
