た。 Recently, optical fibers have been developed, and the demand for optical fiber strands is increasing. Optical fiber cables usually have a tension wire, such as a steel wire, at the center of the strands to provide tensile strength in the longitudinal direction. As a special optical fiber twisting machine handles two types of wires of different materials at the same time, it is complicated to replace the delivery bobbin, and there are various problems including confusion when the tension wire breaks. There were some inconveniences. In addition, the difficulty of locating a factory has increased recently, and there has been a demand for a stranded wire manufacturing device that can be easily installed even in a relatively small factory building with neither a very high ceiling nor a large area.

In particular, when the tension wire breaks, it does not interfere with other optical fiber wires, and it can be used in narrow spaces. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new optical fiber twisting device of vertical and horizontal mixed type, which can also be installed.

The tension wire w c pulled out from this is guided by a guide roller and then guided to the lower end of the central shaft 23, from where it passes through the hollow part of the central shaft 23 and is turned into an optical fiber at the twisting die 3.

Since it runs inside the central shaft 23, which is completely isolated from the optical fiber wire w f , up to the position, even if there is a break in the middle, the tension wire w c will jump and cut or damage the optical fiber wire w f . There is no fear at all.

(ii) Since it is a mixed type in which the wire twisting machine is vertical and the tape winding device and the rest are horizontal, it can be used even in factories with narrow sites and relatively low buildings. (iii) Since the tension wire is completely isolated within the hollow shaft until it merges with the optical fiber wire, when the tension wire breaks, it will not bounce and affect the surrounding optical fiber wires, etc. (iv)
There are advantages such as easy replacement of the center line bobbin and the optical fiber wire bobbin.
