- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 信号源から負荷側に伝送する進行波電力と負
荷側からの反射波電力とにそれぞれ比例した信号
を検出する信号検出手段と、該信号検出手段で検
出した進行波電力信号と反射波電力信号とから定
在波比に比例した信号を演算する演算手段と、該
演算手段から送り出される信号を表示する表示手
段とを備えたことを特徴とする整合装置。 ２ 該演算手段が進行波電力信号と反射波電力信
号とを加算する加算器と、前記進行波電力信号と
反射波電力信号の差を演算する減算器と、前記加
算器から送り出す加算信号と前記減算器から送り
出す減算信号を除算する除算器とからなる請求項
１記載の整合装置。
