Claims (1)
- 加速度に応じておもりの荷重により電圧を発生
する圧電素子と、この圧電素子の発生する信号を
増幅するチヤージアンプと、このチヤージアンプ
へ単一極性の電源を供給する給電線と、上記チヤ
ージアンプへのアース回路に接続された導電性ケ
ースと、このケースに上記おもりおよび圧電素子
を非導通状態に固定する絶縁板と、上記給電線お
よび加速度計出力信号線に挿入された貫通コンデ
ンサと、このコンデンサを収容した導電性のカバ
ーと、カバーを上記ケースのベース部に電気的に
導通させて接合する接合手段と、上記カバーとケ
ースのベース部とを気密に密閉する補充部材とか
ら構成したことを特徴とする加速度センサ。
