（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は自動車用シート特にフロントシートバ
ツクの構造に関する。さらに詳述すると本考案は
モールドクツシヨンの上にスラブクツシヨンを重
ねて座布団タイプの一体成形シートの改良に関す

（従来の技術）
従来の座布団タイプの一体成形シートは、モー
ルド発泡ウレタンパツドの上にスラブ材の発泡ウ
レタンパツドを重ねて接着し、一体的に成形され
ている。これらクツシヨン材は第３図に示すよう
にそれぞれ表皮１０２，１０５に包んだ状態で接
着され、二枚のクツシヨン材が重ね合わされた外
観、所謂ルーズシートの外観を呈している。通常
モールドクツシヨン材１０１は全面に表皮１０２
が張られず外に露出する周囲側面周辺１０３にの
み表皮が接着されている。一方、モールドクツシ
ヨン材１０１上に重ねされるスラブクツシヨン材
１０４は裏面中央部を除くシート表面から裏面の
一部に表皮１０５を接着するようにしている。こ
のスラブクツシヨン材１０４は面フアスナー（例
えばベルベツト式フアスナー）１０６を利用して
モールドクツシヨン材１０１上に取付けられてい
る。そして、このスラブクツシヨン材１０４の端
末部分１０７をバツクボード１０８で押えつける
ことによりスラブクツシヨン材１０４の端末１０

の端末を前記モールドクツシヨン材の表皮下に差

本考案のシート構造を第１図及び第２図に斜視
図で示す。このシートは、本実施例の場合、シー
トバツクフレーム（図示省略）の上にモールド加
工された発泡ウレタンフオームからなるモールド
クツシヨン材１を取付ける一方、そのシート表面
側にスラブ材から成る発泡ウレタンフオームから
なるスラブクツシヨン材２が表皮４に取付けられ
た面フアスナー（図示省略）を利用して取付けら
れている。上述のモールドクツシヨン材１は、シ
ートフレームを包み込む所定形状の型内発泡によ
つて成形されており、その側面と表裏面の側縁部
にかけて表皮３が覆われている。この表皮３は、
モールドクツシヨン材１の側面及び表面側には接
着剤によつて直接加圧接着されているが、スラブ
クツシヨン端末部分が位置する部分のまち８から
背裏側にかけて切り込み５が入れられ、その切り
込み５より下方の表皮裏面側、少なくとも切り込
み５の近傍がモールドクツシヨン材１に接着され
ていない状態とされている。このモールドクツシ
ヨン材１の表皮３の表側には面フアスナーの一方
が縫い付けられており（図示省略）、スラブクツ
シヨン材２を取付け得るように設けられている。
スラブクツシヨン材２は自由発泡の後所定形状に
成形され、その表面から裏面周縁にかけて即ち裏
面中央を除く部分に表皮４が直接加圧接着されて
いる。この表皮４の裏面側に折り返された部分に
は面フアスナーの他方が縫い付けられている。
尚、前記モールドクツシヨン１に包み込まれたシ
ートフレームにはバツクボード７を取付けるため

ドで固定するようにしたので、スラブ端末がはみ
出し跳ね上がることがない。したがつて外観の美
