[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to the structure of an automobile seat, particularly a front seat back. More specifically, the present invention relates to an improvement of a cushion-type integrally molded seat by stacking a slab cushion on a molded cushion.

(Prior Art) A conventional cushion-type integrally molded sheet is formed by overlapping and bonding a foamed urethane pad made of a slab material onto a molded foamed urethane pad. As shown in FIG. 3, these cushion materials are bonded together while being wrapped in skins 102 and 105, respectively, giving the appearance of two layers of cushion material overlapping each other, that is, the appearance of a so-called loose sheet. Usually, the mold cushion material 101 has a skin 102 on the entire surface.
The skin is bonded only to the peripheral side periphery 103, which is not stretched and exposed to the outside. On the other hand, a slab cushion material 104 overlaid on the mold cushion material 101 has a skin 105 adhered to a part of the back surface from the sheet surface except for the central portion of the back surface. This slab cushion material 104 is attached onto the molded cushion material 101 using hook and loop fasteners (eg, velvet fasteners) 106. Then, by pressing the end portion 107 of the slab cushion material 104 with the back board 108, the end portion 107 of the slab cushion material 104 is pressed down.
7 is hidden.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, unlike the molded cushion material 101 that is molded into a predetermined shape, the slab cushion material 104, which is originally flat, is constantly subjected to a force that attempts to restore it to its original state. Conventional backboard 1 which is also fixed to the seatback frame
In No. 08, the entire width of the slab cushion material 104 cannot be held down, so both ends of the terminal portion 107 protrude from the back board 108 and spring up, resulting in a poor appearance.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cushion-type integrally molded sheet structure in which the end treatment of the slab cushion material is good and the appearance is good.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the integrally molded sheet of the present invention is provided by making incisions from the gusset part of the outer skin that is rolled up on the back side of the mold cushion material to the back side, and The end of the slab cushion material is inserted under the skin of the molded cushion material and fixed with a back board.

The seat structure of the present invention is shown in perspective views in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the case of this embodiment, a molded cushion material 1 made of urethane foam molded on a seat back frame (not shown) is mounted on the seat back frame (not shown), while a urethane foam foam made of a slab material is attached to the front surface of the seat. A slab cushion material 2 is attached to the outer skin 4 using hook-and-loop fasteners (not shown). The molded cushion material 1 described above is molded by in-mold foaming into a predetermined shape that envelops the seat frame, and the outer skin 3 covers the side surfaces and the side edges of the front and back surfaces. This epidermis 3 is
The sides and front side of the molded cushion material 1 are directly pressure-bonded with an adhesive, and a notch 5 is made from the gusset 8 where the end portion of the slab cushion is located to the back side. The back side of the skin below 5, at least the vicinity of the notch 5, is not bonded to the mold cushion material 1. One side of a hook-and-loop fastener (not shown) is sewn onto the front side of the skin 3 of the molded cushion material 1 so that the slab cushioned material 2 can be attached thereto.
The slab cushion material 2 is formed into a predetermined shape after free foaming, and a skin 4 is directly pressure bonded from the front surface to the periphery of the back surface, that is, the portion excluding the center of the back surface. The other side of the hook-and-loop fastener is sewn onto the folded back portion of the outer skin 4.
Incidentally, the seat frame wrapped in the molded cushion 1 is provided with a frame (not shown) for attaching the backboard 7.

Therefore, to assemble the sheet, the end portion 6 of the slab cushion material 2 is inserted under the not-adhered back skin 3 of the mold cushion material 1 through the notch 5, and the skin 3 is covered from above. By holding it down with the back board 7, the slab cushion end 6 can be covered and fixed in a state where the slab cushion material 2 is wrapped around the back side.

(Effects) As is clear from the above explanation, in the cushion-type seat structure of the present invention, a cut is made in a part of the molded cushion material from the gusset to the back side of the outer skin to make it non-adhesive, and the end of the slab seat back is molded. Since we covered it with the skin of the seat back and then fixed it with the back board, the end of the slab would not protrude and jump up. Therefore, a sheet with a beautiful appearance can be obtained.
