【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は硬カプセル、更に詳細には医薬品、食
品、化粧品等の充填容器として汎用せられている
硬カプセルに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、硬カプセルはゼラチンを主体として全体
を均一な厚さにて成形せられていた。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
そのため、従来硬カプセルは端部の半球状部が
脆弱となり、内容物充填後のカプセルボデイとカ
プセルキヤツプとの結合工程時、それぞれの半球
状部が往々にして変形してしまい、所謂不良品の
発生を原因となつていた。
また、斯る半球状部の変形は包装、流通過程に
於ても生じ得るもので、その改善は当業者の等し
く切望するところであつた。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
そこで、本考案者は斯かる従来の欠点を解消す
べく種々検討を重ねた結果、半球状内面壁にリブ
を形設せしめた本考案硬カプセルを案出したもの
である。
すなわち、本考案は半球状内面壁に十文字梁状
リブを形設せしめたことを特徴とする硬カプセル
である。
〔実施例〕
以下一実施例を示す図面と共に本考案を更に説
明する。
1は硬カプセル体で、その材質としてはゼラチ
ン等従来と同様なものが用いられる。
2は十文字梁状リブで、硬カプセル体1の半球
状部11内面壁に形設せられている補強用厚部で
ある。また、このリブ2の具体的形設法もその如
何を問わないが、例えば硬カプセルの成型に通常
用いられているモールドピン先端部に、形設せん
とするリブの形状に対応せしめた溝を形設して一
体成型するのが簡便である。
尚、斯かるリブ2を形設する硬カプセル体1は
カプセルボデイ、カプセルキヤツプの何れであつ
ても、またその双方であつても良い。
〔作用〕
本考案は以上の如く構成せられているので、従
来脆弱部となつていた半球状部が補強せられ、耐
衝撃作用が増大する。
〔考案の効果〕
以上従つて、本考案硬カプセルを用いれば、内
容物充填後のカプセル結合工程時はもとより、包
