As shown in Figure 5, futons that incorporate heating elements that emit far-infrared rays, which have been seen in the past, are made of electrically conductive material such as carbon, placed above the flat plate-like slightly rigid support B, from the feet to the chest. A planar heating element A having a large area and a substantially rectangular shape made by covering a resistor with an insulating vinyl sheet or the like is placed, and a flat sheet of synthetic fiber, foamed urethane, etc. is placed on the planar heating element A. The supporting body A, the planar heating element B, and the cushion body C are laminated and covered with an exterior side material D.

Moisture and sweat generated from parts of the human body that come into contact with the futon while sleeping are difficult to remove, often causing discomfort to the user.As the futon is used, the elasticity of the cushion body decreases and moisture increases. - Sweat was difficult to remove, and there were cases where moisture remained on the futon, and there were cases of mold and odor. In addition, it consisted of a large heating element to cover the chest area from the feet, and required a large amount of electricity to generate heat. Of course, support B, which is the futon core,
Since the planar heating element A is sandwiched between the cushion body C and the cushion body C, it is necessary to firmly attach the planar heating element to a specific core material prepared in advance in futon manufacturing. The sheet heating element becomes an inseparable piece, making it difficult to change the core material at the futon manufacturing stage, and even if a consumer wishes to change the core material after purchasing the futon, it is not possible to do so. , and when used continuously for a long period of time,
Even if damage occurs to either the core or the planar heating element, the entire futon must be discarded or replaced.

A plurality of sheet heating elements for emitting far infrared rays each having a substantially rectangular shape are arranged, and a futon core made of futon cotton, synthetic resin foam, wool, feathers, etc. is enclosed in the envelope, and the above-mentioned The problem is solved by a far-infrared radiation futon characterized by having a far-infrared radiation emitter attached to the lower surface of a planar heating element.

The futon core 2 is a core material commonly used in daily life, such as futon cotton made of natural cotton or synthetic fiber cotton, synthetic resin foam such as polyurethane foam or rubber foam, wool, feather, etc. These materials may be used alone or in appropriate combinations, and are shaped into a flat rectangular shape having approximately the same external dimensions as the futon.

ギー化できるものである。 The envelope 3 is made of a flexible and breathable material, such as woven fabric or non-woven fabric, and is formed into a bag shape with a size commensurate with the outer dimensions of the futon, and encloses the futon core 2 described above. be. On the upper surface of the envelope 3, a plurality of substantially rectangular heating elements 4 emitting far infrared rays, the longitudinal direction of which is approximately parallel to the width direction of the futon 1, are placed at the feet, the waist, the shoulders or far away. A plurality of sheets are appropriately arranged for other parts where infrared irradiation can be effective. The planar heating element 4 is usually an electrical resistor made of carbon fine particles, or a copper alloy foil electrical resistor coated with a far-infrared radiation coating, etc., and insulated with a synthetic resin sheet or the like. However, in particular, the heating element itself has a self-temperature regulating property, that is, as the heating element rises to a certain temperature, the electrical resistance value increases and the current value decreases, and the heating element is maintained at a constant temperature. For example, if the heating element is an organic heating element made of fine carbon particles such as graphite and a polymer, the heating element will automatically maintain a constant temperature of about 50°C, according to actual measurement examples as shown in Figure 3. It also consumes 50 watts of electricity compared to heating elements that do not have self-temperature regulating properties.
% or less, no control parts such as a temperature regulator or abnormal temperature rise prevention switch are required, and energy can be saved.

By attaching a far infrared ray radiator 11 such as the like to the lower surface of the sheet heating element 4, the far infrared rays emitted downward can be radiated upward, and in addition, in the operation of the sheet heating element 4, This allows for even lower power consumption.

When applied to the band 5, it prevents the human body from becoming acidic and allows negative potential therapy to be performed during sleep, which has a therapeutic effect on back pain, stiff shoulders, insomnia, etc.

Futon 1 may be covered with the side fabric. In addition, when the futon 1 of the present invention is used in a bed etc., it can be in one piece, but when used in a Japanese-style room etc., it can be stored by dividing the futon 1 into approximately three parts in the longitudinal direction and folding it into three parts.・It becomes convenient for transportation.

When the person lies on his back, connects the connector 9, and turns on the power to the control device 7 to start the desired operation, the planar heating element 4 is energized and irradiates the human body M with far infrared rays, producing a suitable thermal effect and heating effect. etc.

る。 In particular, in the present invention, the planar heating element is a planar heating element that has the property of being maintained at a constant temperature, for example, an organic heating element made of carbon fine particles such as graphite and a high molecular weight polymer. According to the actual measurement example shown in Figure 3, the heating element automatically
It maintains a constant temperature of approximately ℃, and consumes less than 50% of the electricity consumption of a heating element that does not have a self-temperature adjustment function, and does not require control parts such as a temperature controller or abnormal temperature rise prevention switch. At the same time, it is possible to generate even more energy.

とができるものである。 Furthermore, it is effective to emit far-infrared rays more toward the supine side of the human body, that is, toward the upper surface.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, in order to reflect far infrared rays upward, a far infrared reflector 11 such as aluminum foil or aluminum vapor-deposited resin sheet is attached to the lower surface of the planar heating element 4. Far-infrared rays radiated to the surface can be radiated upward, and in addition, when it comes to operating the planar heating element 4, the power consumption can be further reduced.

Because of the presence of the futon, it is impossible for the amount of moisture, sweat, etc. that remains in the futon to increase, and unlike the conventional futon shown in Figure 5, it is difficult for moisture and sweat to escape, or the moisture remains, or there is mold and odor. This prevents new defects from occurring.

The far infrared rays effect and the heating effect in winter can be obtained on the lower back area, and in other areas such as the shoulder area, it can relieve stiff shoulders and relieve chills in the shoulder area in winter. This makes it possible to irradiate far infrared rays with low power without waste, and eliminates the need for large power as in the conventional example shown in FIG.

If a consumer wishes to change the core material after purchasing the futon of the present invention, this can be easily accommodated, or alternatively, multiple types of core material may be prepared in advance and the consumer can select the desired core material at the time of purchase. In addition, even if either the core body or the heating element is damaged during long-term continuous use, the function can be continued by replacing only the damaged part. It is possible.
