The skin material integrated foam 5 having this recess 9 is the eighth
Foam molding is performed using a foam mold 11 as shown in the figure. A shaping section 14 consisting of a protrusion is formed on the lower mold 12 of the foaming mold 11, and the sewing section 7 of the skin material 6 and other parts to be shaped are aligned with this shaping section 14 to form the skin material 6. Arrange.
In this case, the skin material 6 is attached to the shaping part 14 with double-sided tape or the like so that it does not shift from the shaping part 14, and then the stock solution of foamed synthetic resin is injected into the lower mold 12 which is inside the skin material 6, and the upper mold 13 are mold-matched and foam cured, and a foam 8 integrated with the skin material 6 is foam-molded to form a skin material-integrated foam body 5 having a recess 9 shaped by the shaping section 14.
This is done so that you can obtain the following.

However, when molding the conventional skin material-integrated foam 5, it is difficult to securely attach the skin material 6 to the shaping part 14 of the foam mold 11, and it is difficult to securely attach the skin material 6 to the shaping part 14 using double-sided tape or the like. When installing,
If misalignment occurs, it is necessary to peel off the double-sided tape and reposition it again, and if the thickness of the shaped portion 14 is thick, the recess 9 will be in an open state and the desired appearance will not be achieved. It has the disadvantage that the strength becomes weaker when thinner. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, if the protruding length of the shaped portion 14 is shortened, the depth of the recess 9 is not determined, and the skin material 6 is moved up and down when disposing the skin material 6 and when foaming the foam 8. This has the disadvantage that there is a risk of deviation in the direction, which deteriorates the appearance and makes it impossible to obtain the desired shape of the concave portion 9.

According to the present invention, the skin material is applied to the first and second parts of the lower mold.
By disposing it in the first and second shaping parts, it is possible to form the desired shape reliably, and it is also possible to check whether wrinkles etc. have occurred in the skin material from the gap between the first and second shaping parts. If wrinkles or the like occur, it can be repositioned immediately, and the skin material on both sides of the shaped part can be brought into close contact with the foam during foam molding. It can be molded into a closed state.

Therefore, when disposing the skin material 32 on the lower mold 22, the part of the skin material 32 to be shaped is placed on the lower mold 22.
When disposing the skin material 32 on the second shaping section 27 and disposing the skin material 32 at the upper and lower positions of the first shaping section 26, by turning over the skin material 32 at either the upper or lower position, the above-mentioned The arrangement state of the skin material 32 can be confirmed from the gap between the first shaped part 26 and the second shaped part 27. Further, in a state where the skin material 32 is provided on the shaping portion 25, the first
Since the skins 33 of the skin material 32 are in a state where they can come into contact with each other at the spatial position between the shaping part 26 and the second shaping part 27, the second shaping part 27 can sufficiently shape the skin 33 of the skin material 32. Despite protruding in the direction, there is no risk that the shaped recess 38 will open.

The above is the configuration of one embodiment of the foam molding mold for the skin-integrated foam according to the present invention. According to such a configuration, the skin material can be reliably attached along the shaping portion of the foam mold. This makes it possible to perform the work of placing the skin material very easily and quickly, and it is possible to check wrinkles on the surface of the skin material from the outside, and if wrinkles, etc. occur on the skin material during the work of placing the skin material. The integrated foam skin can be easily rearranged, and the desired secure recess can be obtained at the desired position of the foam integrated skin, and there is no risk of the recess opening, and the integrated foam skin has an excellent appearance. You can obtain a foam mold for the body.
