第１図は本考案の一実施例による自動車の給油
口用扉の取付機構を説明するための斜視図、第２
図は該取付機構の断面構造を示す断面図、第３図
は給油口を車両後部側面部に有する一般的な従来
の乗用自動車を示す図、第４図は従来の給油口用
扉の取付部分を示す断面構造図、第５図はその取
付部材の構造を示す斜視図である。 図において、１……車体、２ａ……凹状部、３
……給油口用扉、４……給油口、７……支持軸、
９……固定ヒンジ、１０……バネ部材、１０ａ…
…巻付部（バネ部材の一端）、１０ｂ……折曲が
り部、１０ｃ……押圧部（バネ部材の他端）であ
る。

Claims (1)
- その内部に給油口が形成された車体外表面の凹
状部を開閉する給油口用扉を車体側に取付ける自
動車の給油口用扉の取付機構において、支持軸を
回動可能に支持する固定ヒンジを車体側に取付け
、該支持軸に上記給油口用扉を固着するとともに
、該支持軸に弾性材よりなる略く字状のバネ部材
の一端を弾性固着し、上記給油口用扉の閉状態に
おいて該バネ部材の中央の折曲がり部外面を上記
固定ヒンジに、該バネ部材の他端を上記給油口用
扉内面にそれぞれ当接させて該給油口用扉を開方
向に付勢したことを特徴とする自動車の給油口用
扉の取付機構。
