キペダル２３ａを前記第２ロツク作用部２８で姿
勢保持する第２姿勢と、前記操作ペダル１９及び
ブレーキペダル２３ａに対する姿勢保持を共に解
除した第３姿勢とに姿勢切換操作自在に設けてあ
るとともに、前記ロツク部材２４を前記第３姿勢
