る。Means for Solving the Problems This invention is based on the idea that a large storage container such as a cardboard box is placed in a position where a large number of packed objects are dropped from a conveyor that transports them at a constant flow rate.
The large storage container is waiting, and a guide frame is inserted in advance to form a form in which the objects to be stuffed are stored in the storage container in an orderly manner, and the guide frame is moved in accordance with the flow rate of the objects to be stuffed. A falling object is always allowed to fall and be inserted into an empty frame adjacent to the preceding object, and the storage container is simultaneously conveyed at low speed by the movement of the guide frame, so that the storage container is full of objects. In this state, the guide frame escapes, and the process of transporting the stuffed objects neatly into the packing section while leaving them in the storage container is repeated. On the other hand, during the time period until a new empty storage container arrives at the position where the objects to be stuffed are dropped, the flow path of the objects to be stuffed is changed so that the above-mentioned stuffing operation can be performed at another position.

A stopper 3 that can stop the storage container 1 by coming into contact with the front end of a conveyor 2 of any type that conveys a large storage container 1 such as an empty cardboard box. is established, and at this stop position, the container is placed on both sides of the conveyor 2 and has an upper surface position that is at the same height as or lower than the conveyor 2, and that can come into contact with the bottom surface of the storage container 1. A lifting mechanism 4 is provided, and both upper ends of a guide frame 5 whose lower end is located further above the upper limit position of the lifting mechanism 4 are engaged with nuts 7 screwed into a spiral rod 6 provided in parallel with the horizontal direction. This guide frame 5 has a shape that conforms to the internal volume shape of the storage container 1 as a whole, and can be freely inserted and removed, and can accommodate the storage form of the object to be stuffed in the storage container 1 and the individual shape of the object. It is formed based on volume, and to explain in more detail, the volume of the storage container 1 is set according to the number of objects to be stored and the shape and volume of each individual object, and the storage container 1 is arranged and stored inside the container without waste. The form that can be formed is provided with a square-shaped guide wall, and one object to be stuffed can be inserted into each square formed by natural fall, and furthermore, this square is blank. The bottom side of the stuffed object inserted at the bottom is formed so that it can directly contact the inner bottom of the storage container 1 or the previously inserted object. The spiral rod 6 into which the nut 7 supporting the guide frame 5 thus formed is screwed receives rotational power from the rotation source 14, and its end is rotatably supported by a shaft support piece 8.

る。 In addition, a chute 10 having an input port is installed at the end of the conveyor-shaped stuffed object conveying member 9 provided above the installation position of the spiral rod 6, and its discharge port is located directly above the stopper 3. It is located near the guide frame 5 so that the object to be stuffed can be dropped into the square at the frontmost position of the guide frame 5.

The lower limit position is a position that is lowered to both sides of the container discharge path 12 and is at the same height as or lower than the conveyance surface of the container discharge path 12.

ものである。 Furthermore, as the container lowering mechanism 11 is lowered, the objects to be stuffed which are inserted into the respective partition frames of the guide frame 5 stored in the storage container 1 at a position directly above the container lowering mechanism 11 are In some cases, a protruding means 13 is provided in the guide frame 5 which is stationary with respect to the moving storage container 1 to facilitate extraction of the remaining stuffed objects. This idea is constructed as described above.

An empty storage container 1 is conveyed by a conveyor 2, and when it comes into contact with a stopper 3 at the front end and stops, container lifting mechanisms 4 rise from both sides of the conveyor 2 and come into contact with the bottom surface to raise the storage container 1. A guide frame 5 is waiting at a position directly above it, and as the storage container 1 rises, the guide frame 5 is inserted from its lower end, and when the container lifting mechanism 4 reaches a predetermined position, the lifting movement stops. At the same time, the stuffed objects carried by the stuffed object conveying member 9 fall from the ends thereof through the chute 10 into the foremost frame partitioned by the guide frame 5, and are packed in boxes. When this one operation is completed, the spiral rod 6 rotates for a preset short period of time, and the screwed nut 7 is moved to the guide frame 5.
Move by one unit frame in . By this movement of the guide frame 5, the engaged storage container 1 is also moved forward on the container lifting mechanism 4, and the next falling object is inserted into the square of the second frame in the guide frame 5.

次の空の収納容器1の到来に備える。 In this way, the guide frame 5 moves forward intermittently in accordance with the speed at which the object to be filled is flowing, and is successively inserted into the empty cells. As mentioned above, storage container 1
is guided by the movement of the advancing guide frame 5 and moves simultaneously from the upper side of the container lifting mechanism 4 to the upper side of the container lowering mechanism 11, and when the switching operation is completely completed, the container lifting mechanism 4 returns to the original position,
Prepare for the arrival of the next empty storage container 1.

The storage container 1 that has been lowered and the filling operation has been completed is automatically placed on the container unloading path 12, and is sent out to the packaging section by this operation.

ある。 However, depending on the shape or individual weight of the object to be stuffed (especially if it is lightweight), even if the storage container 1 starts to descend, it may remain in close contact with the vertical walls of each square of the guide frame 5 and exhibit an extraction action. If such a situation is predicted, the ejecting means 13 is lowered simultaneously with the start of lowering of the storage container 1 to facilitate separation of the object to be stuffed and the guide frame 5.
