と、前記中蓋基部の上端に嵌合固定される円筒状
の中蓋上部筒体とより構成され、前記連結部は中
蓋基部に沿つて透孔を有し、又、前記中蓋上部筒
体はその上部を前記外筒部とし、且つ、該外筒部
の基部内側には環状に内方へ突出する膨出部を有
し、該膨出部はその下面が前記連結部の上面に接
して透孔を塞ぎ得る形状とし、更に、被せ蓋の天
板部高さを低くし、以て該被せ蓋を中蓋に被蓋し
たとき、前記内筒部が該天板部の内面又は天板部
の内面より下方に延びる突部により押圧され、前
記連結部が弾性変形して内筒部が僅かに降下し、
以て前記連結部上面が前記膨出部下面より離隔さ
