Claims (1)
- 金型内部に、金型面とほぼ平行配設されるメイ
ンオイル流路と、このメインオイル流路に連通さ
れ、かつ外部開口部を有するとともに金型面とほ
ぼ直交配設されるサブオイル流路とを有する加熱
金型のオイル流路のシール構造において、このサ
ブオイル流路の外部開口部を、内側面にサブオイ
ル流路内をオイル流通可能に仕切る仕切板を立設
し、かつ周面に耐油・耐熱性ゴム製のＯリングを
周設する仕切板基台と、この仕切板基台の外側面
側に配置される金型に比べて高熱膨張率の耐油・
耐熱性ゴムからなるパツキンと、このパツキンの
外側面側に配置され、かつ前記サブオイル流路の
外部開口部に螺着されるＰＴプラグとで蓋止させ
たことを特徴とする加熱金型のオイル流路のシー
ル構造。
