(Problems to be solved by the invention) Conventionally, as described above, when using only nylon threads as an interlining, the contact area between the nylon threads is small, and the nylon threads tend to protrude from the fabric, causing irritation to the skin. The problem was that it caused a stinging discomfort. In addition, the same problems as those described above have arisen in cases where cotton thread or rayon thread is wound around nylon thread.

(Means for solving the problem) The present invention covers a nylon shaft core with rayon fibers in a non-twisted manner, and then winds extra-fine long fibers or extra-fine spun yarns from the outside. It is made by weaving ordinary threads such as cotton threads as warp threads.

(実施例) 本考案の実施例を図に基づいて説明する。(Example) An embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the interlining fabric 1 according to the present invention has the following configuration. A nylon shaft core 2 is covered with rayon fibers 3 in a non-twisted manner, and an interlining yarn 5 is formed by winding ultrafine long fibers 4 from the outside. In this embodiment, ultrafine nylon threads are used as the ultrafine long fibers 4. The ultrafine long fibers 4 are used as weft threads, and the regular threads 6 are used as warp threads for weaving.

When using the interlining fabric 1 according to the present invention, since the surface of the nylon shaft core 2 is covered with rayon fibers 3, when it is made into a fabric, the interlining yarn 5 and the normal yarn 6
The contact area becomes larger. In addition, since the nylon shaft core 2 is covered with rayon fibers 3 and ultra-thin long fibers 4, the nylon shaft core 2 may come into direct contact with external objects or be damaged by external physical forces. There's nothing to do.

In this example, the nylon core 2 is covered with rayon fibers 3 in a non-twisted manner, and the interlining yarn 5 is formed by winding the extra-fine long fibers 4 from the outside. Instead of 4, an extra-fine spun yarn may be used.

(Effects of the invention) According to the interlining fabric according to the present invention, a nylon core is covered with rayon fibers in a non-twisted manner, and ultrafine long fibers or ultrafine spun yarns are wound from the outside. Because the yarn is used as the weft and regular yarn such as cotton thread is used as the warp, the nylon core is not damaged by direct external force, and since the rayon fiber is non-twisted, it is suitable for intermediate presses and finishing presses. This suppresses the shrinkage in the weft direction due to the weft, and synchronizes the expansion and contraction. Also, since the contact area between the interlining yarn and the regular yarn is large, the strength when made into a woven fabric increases.
It is possible to prevent the interlining yarn from protruding from the fabric, and when wearing this interlining fabric, there is no discomfort, which is very convenient.
