（従来技術）
従来、芯地用織物はナイロン糸、或いはナイロ
ン糸に綿糸またはレーヨン糸を巻回したものによ

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）
従来は前記の通りであつたため、芯地として使
用する際、ナイロン糸のみの場合、ナイロン糸同
志の接する面積が小さく、織物よりナイロン糸が
突き出し易く、肌にちくちくする不快感を与える
ことが問題となつていた。また、ナイロン糸に綿
糸またはレーヨン糸を巻回したものの場合も、前

本考案は、ナイロン製軸心をレーヨン繊維で無
撚糸状に被覆し、その外部より極細長繊維または

し、綿糸等の通常糸を経糸として織成してなるも

る。ナイロン製軸心２をレーヨン繊維３で無撚糸
状に被覆し、その外部より極細長繊維４を巻回し
てなる芯地用糸５を成形してある。本実施例では
極細長繊維４として極細ナイロン糸を使用してあ
る。前記極細長繊維４を緯糸とし、通常糸６を経

心２をレーヨン繊維３と極細長繊維４で被覆して
あるため、外部の物理的力に対してナイロン製軸
心２が直接外部物品に接触したり、或いは外部物

（考案の効果）
本考案に係る芯地用織物によれば、ナイロン製
軸心をレーヨン繊維で無撚糸状に被覆し、その外
部より極細長繊維または極細スパン糸を巻回して
なる芯地用糸を緯糸とし、綿糸等の通常糸を経糸
として織成してあるため、ナイロン製軸心が直接
外部の力により損傷することがなく、またレーヨ
ン繊維が無撚糸状のため、中間プレス、仕上げプ
レスに依る緯方向の縮みを抑制し、また伸縮を同
調させてあり、また芯地用糸と通常糸の接する面
積が大きいため、織物にした際の強度が増大し、、
芯地用糸が織物より突き出ることを防止でき、こ
の芯地用織物を着用する際、不快感を与えること
