The one shown in Publication No. 64315 is known.
The filter described in this publication is one in which the surface of a porous ceramic filter is precoated with a mixture of heat-resistant fibers and inorganic granules, but subsequent usage results indicate that zinc compounds are contained in the exhaust gas. It has become clear that in the case where the silica component in the precoat layer reacts with the silica component, a highly adhesive silicate subsalt is produced, which acts as a binder and has the disadvantage of making backwashing difficult. Furthermore, even if the precoat layer does not contain silica components, the adhesion between the ceramic filter and the precoat layer will increase if fine particles generated by gas phase reactions are collected. However, it has become clear that this method also has the disadvantage of impaired backwashing performance.

を目的として完成されたものである。(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and eliminates the possibility that fine particles of 10 μm or less produced by zinc chloride or gas phase reactions are contained in high-temperature exhaust gas. A high-temperature exhaust gas purification system that maintains high backwashing effects without compromising the integrity of the filter even when it contains other molten and fixed substances, and can be used stably for a long period of time. It was completed for the purpose of being a commercial filter.

The filter aid holder 5 may be anything that has many through holes such as a wire mesh or a perforated plate and can hold the filter aid. In this embodiment, a ceramic filter made of silicon carbide is used. The filter aid layer 6 is composed of an inner layer 7 mainly composed of iron oxide and an outer layer 8 made of ceramic particles, and the inner layer 7 preferably has an average particle size of 1.
~20μm, consisting of Fe2O3 particles with a layer thickness of 10-500μm.
Since iron oxide, especially Fe 2 O 3 , has high adhesion to substances, it can stably bond the filter aid holder 5 and the filter aid layer 6 and improve the retention of the filter aid layer 6 against impact. . On the other hand, the outer layer 8 preferably has an average particle size of 10 to 100 μm and a layer thickness of 100 to 2500 μm.
Silica-free ceramic particles, e.g. Al 2 O 3
It consists of particles of the system. Alumina is extremely stable even at high temperatures and has the property of not reacting even when zinc compounds are contained in exhaust gas. However, if the average particle size is less than 10 μm, backwashing properties tend to deteriorate when very fine particles generated by gas phase reactions are collected, so it is preferable to set the particle size to 10 μm or more.

A filter aid supply device 9 is connected to the exhaust gas introduction chamber 3 of the filter chamber 1, and a pressurized reverse air flow type device is installed above the exhaust gas discharge chamber 4 in order to peel off the filter aid layer 6 by backflow. A backflow device 10 is connected. The filtration agent supply device 9 may be a format in which the filtration assistant as described above is dispersed and accompanied by the exhaust gas, and a method of supplying a filtration agent by compressed air by the compassa, a dedicated dedicated fuda and an Egiector. A system in which a filter aid is supplied by a combination of these methods is used.

離性が損われることがない。(Function) The device configured in this way is installed inside the filter chamber 1 as shown in the figure and used for filtering high-temperature exhaust gas, and soot and dust in the high-temperature exhaust gas are captured by the filter aid layer 6. Only the collected and purified gas components pass through the filter aid holder 5 to the exhaust gas discharge chamber 4.
It is the same as the conventional one. However, the high-temperature exhaust gas purifying filter of the present invention is equipped with a filter aid layer 6 consisting of an inner layer 7 mainly composed of iron oxide and an outer layer 8 of ceramic particles that do not contain silica. Even if low-melting substances such as chlorides are present, they will be captured by the outer layer 8 made of granular or amorphous ceramic particles, and backwashing will reduce their reactivity with substances in the exhaust gas. It can be reliably peeled off and fallen off from the outer layer 8 whose main component is poor alumina, and the filter performance can be restored. Furthermore, even if the high-temperature exhaust gas contains zinc chloride, the high-temperature exhaust gas purifying filter of the present invention does not contain silica components, so there is no formation of highly sticky zinc silicate as in the case of conventional filters. After all, backwashing can be performed easily. Furthermore, even when the high-temperature exhaust gas contains fine particles generated by gas phase reactions, etc., the filter aid of the present invention, which does not contain fibers and has an outer layer 8 mainly composed of alumina, can be used. The releasability of layer 6 is not impaired.

的価値は極めて大きいものである。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention can directly purify high-temperature gas without cooling it, and in particular contains low melting point substances, zinc chloride, fine particles caused by gas phase reactions, etc. It can be used stably even with high-temperature exhaust gas without reducing backwashing performance. Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as it is suitable for purifying high-temperature exhaust gas containing sulfur oxides, heavy metal chlorides, sulfates, etc., such as exhaust gas from an incinerator.
