本考案は投光素子及び受光素子を利用したスイ
ツチにおいて、投光素子からの光の一部を照明に

(従来の技術)
スイツチを無接点化するための一つの手段とし
て、従来より、発光ダイオード等の投光素子及び
ホトトランジスタなどの受光素子を利用すること
が行われている。そして、この種のスイツチに於

めの発光ダイオードとを別個に設けなければなら

記導光部材内に投光する投光素子を設け、前記光
ガイド部材からの光を受光して受光状態でスイツ
チング信号を発生する受光素子を設け、前記導光
部材中を通る光の一部を外部に導いて照明を行う

上記手段によれば、スイツチ動作用の投光素子
からの光の一部を照明用に利用しているから、照
明のために専用の投光素子を設ける必要が無く、

(実施例)
以下本考案の一実施例について図面を参照して
説明する。1はプリント基板で、これに投光素子
としての発光ダイオード2及び受光素子としての
ホトトランジスタ3が所定の間隔を存して装着さ
れている。プリント基板1の上面には補強部材4
が装着され、この補強部材4には発光ダイオード
2及びホトトランジスタ3に夫々対向する透孔5
及び6が設けられている。そして、補強部材4の
上面には遮光部材7及び8が順に装着されてい
る。9は一端がホトトランジスタ3に対向された
略L字形の光ガイド部材である。10は遮光部材
8の上面に配設された導光部材で、これに一体成
形にて形成された軸状部10aは遮光部材7,8
に設けられた孔部7a,8aを貫通してその下端
が発光ダイオード2に対向されている。そして、
この導光部材10の軸状部10aの上端に対向す
る部分には略V時形の切欠部10bが形成されて
いる。11は導光部材10に形成された可動部
で、これの下面には凸部11aが設けられてい
る。12は補強部材4の上面に配設された略円弧
状のばねで、これの中間部が凸部11aに当接さ
れていて、このばね12によつて可動部11は常
に第1図に示す元位置に向けて付勢されている。
導光部材10の上面には遮光体13が配設されて
おり、この遮光体13の上面には可動部11と対
向する部分に操作用の凸部13aが設けられてい
る。14は遮光体13を貫通するように配設され
た透光部材で、これの下端が導光部材10の切欠

一部10cに対向して光ガイド部材9と非対向状
態を呈している。従つて、この状態では発光ダイ
オード2からの光が導光部材10の軸状部10a
及び可動部11を順に介して該導光部材10の一
部10cに入り、光ガイド部材9に入ることがな
くホトトランジスタ3はオフ状態を呈している。
この状態から遮光体13の凸部13aが押込操作
されると、可動部1が矢印A方向に揺動して該可
動部11の先端が光ガイド部材9の他端に対向す
るようになり、発光ダイオード2からの光が導光
部材10の軸状部10a及び可動部11を順に介
して光ガイド部材9に入るようになり、その光が
該光ガイド部材9を介してホトトランジスタ3に
到達するから、該ホトトランジスタ3がオンして

ようにしたから、照明のための専用の投光素子を
設ける必要が無く、従つて製作コストの低減化を
