ＥＬ点燈電気回路。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 単結晶若しくは多結晶シリコン太陽電池とア
    モルフアスシリコン太陽電池若しくはアモルフア
    スシリコンカーバイドヘテロ接合電池とを併用し
    た太陽電池電源；文字・図形等の表示部をＥＬパ
    ネルで構成し、ＥＬパネルが同一パネル内で発光
    部と非発光部に区分印刷法等により区分け形成さ
    れている表示装置；前記太陽電池により光エネル
    ギーを電気エネルギーに変換し、充電した電力に
    よつて夜間前記ＥＬパネルを発光させる発光電気
    回路；からなることを特徴とするソーラーサイン
    。 ２ 太陽電池電源の発光電気回路が、直流電源と
    インバータ回路を有し、この直流電源からインバ
    ータを経てＥＬに電圧負荷を与えて発光させるＥ
    Ｌ発光回路のインバータとＥＬとの間にインダク
    タを設けたＥＬ発光電源回路からなることを特徴
    とする請求項１記載のソーラーサイン。
