ユアルインラインタイプの電子回路部品をプリン
ト基板に実装した状態を示す断面図である。 図において、１は冷却フイン、２はスキン、３
はスペーサ、４はプリント基板、５はフラツトパ
ツクタイプの電子回路部品、６はコネクタプラグ
、７はダクト、８はデユアルインラインタイプの
電子回路部品、９はリードフレーム、１０はスル
ーホール、１１は熱伝導ラバー、１２はカバーで
ある。なお、各図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分
を示す。

ユアルインラインタイプの電子回路部品をプリン

Claims (1)
- 熱伝導性を有する金属薄板材料を波形に成形し
て成る冷却フインと、片面には上記冷却フインが
接合され、かつ互いに相対する２辺の上記片面側
にはスペーサを具備する矩形平板状のカバーと、
上記カバーに対して上記スペーサを介して周辺部
で固定され、かつ一方の面には電子回路部品が実
装され、さらに上記一方の面と反対側の他方の面
にはシリコンゴムを主成分とする熱伝導ラバーが
接着されているとともに上記熱伝導ラバーを介し
て上記冷却フインと接するように配されたプリン
ト基板とで構成されていることを特徴とする電子
回路モジユール。
