本考案は、裏装材を有する義歯の製作に使用し
て好適な熱可塑性樹脂よりなる裏装材の加熱用ト

の発明に係る特開昭61−255652号公報に開示の技
術がある。上記先行技術にあつては、熱可塑性樹
脂として、オレフイン系熱可塑性エラストマーを
使用し、これを特定の接着剤を用いてPMMA樹
脂よりなる義歯床に接着固定したものである。こ
の先行技術では、熱可塑性エラストマーを、約
120℃に加熱して軟化させ、これを石膏型と、
PMMA義歯床との間に充填しかつ圧締して、予
め義歯床粘膜面に塗布、乾燥させておいた接着剤
にて接着される。

粘膜面のみ露出している義歯の粘膜面にスパチユ
ラ等を用いて移し換えられるのである。

のを強制的に折り曲げて歯列弓形とし、これを外
周壁3の内側に押し込み、第2平坦面7上に置い
た状態としてもよく、また予め棒状の裏装材材料
9を歯列弓形に形成しておき、これを第2平坦面
7上に載置する構成としてもよい。前者の如く裏
装材材料9を、外周壁3内に強制的に位置させる

にて、その脱落が防止される。第1及び第2平坦
