Claims (1)
- シリンダ内部をこれに嵌装したピストンにより
作動室と大気室とに区画し、上記ピストンに結合
したロツドを被駆動体へ連結可能に上記大気室端
壁から外方へ突出させ、上記作動室には作動流体
の供給通路を開口させるとともに、上記大気室に
上記ロツドを囲みピストンとシリンダ端壁との間
に戻しばねを張設したアクチユエータ装置におい
て、上記戻しばねの内周側中間部にこれの伸縮作
動を案内する筒状の案内部材を設け、この案内部
材と上記ロツドとの間には該案内部材をロツドの
中間部位置に係止させる係止手段を配設するとと
もに、該案内部材の上記ピストン側には上記係止
手段に向けて該案内部材を摺動自在に弾支する弾
性部材とを備えたことを特徴とするアクチユエー
タ装置。
