Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダケース１の外周にシリンダの軸線方向
に延びる一対のレール３を形成して、それらのレ
ール３間にねじ挿通溝４を形成するとともに、そ
の内方のレール３間にねじ挿通溝４と連通し、そ
れより幅広のナツト収容溝５を形成し、 前記ねじ挿通溝４にねじ７を挿通するとももに
、前記ナツト収容溝５にナツト８を回動不能に収
容して、そのナツト８をねじ７に螺着し、 ピストン位置検出用センサ１１をシリンダケー
ス１の外周面に配置するとともに、同センサ１１
に固定したセンサ固定板９を前記ねじ７とレール
３との間に配置し、 ねじ７を緩めることにより
、ねじ７とセンサ１１とがレール３に沿つて一体
的に移動され、ねじ７を締めることにより、セン
サ１１が任意の移動位置で固定されるように構成
したセンサ支持装置において、 前記ナツト収容溝５の底部には、前記ねじ７の
先端との干渉を避けるための凹溝１５を設けると
ともに、その凹溝１５の底面よりナツト８側に位
置してナツト８を受けるためのナツト受け面１４
を形成したことを特徴とするシリンダにおけるセ
ンサ支持装置。
