整流回路と、一端が前記単相3線式変圧器の2次
側の他方の側線に接続されたコンデンサ及びリア
クトルの直列回路と、前記整流回路の正極端子と
前記直列回路の他端とを結ぶ充電路中に挿入され
た充電用スイツチング素子と、前記整流回路の負
極端子と前記直列回路の他端とを結ぶ放電路中に
挿入された放電用スイツチング素子と、前記充電
用スイツチング素子と前記放電用スイツチング素
子とを交互に信号周波数周期でスイツチングさせ
るスイツチング制御回路とを備えた配電線搬送用
