を有する1対の挟み杆12,12を略X字状に配
置して、それらの交叉部を枢着し、この1対の挟
み杆12,12のそれぞれの後端部を、1対のリ
ンク機構15,15を介して前記可動部材8に枢

て操作的にも、また製作的にも簡単な切断器を提
供することができる。
