- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上面にパネルを定置し、そのパネルの中心を通
つて垂直に延びる線を中心軸として回転するパネ
ル載置台と、 外周面に研磨層を備えたパネルの表面を回転研
磨する弾性の中空円筒研磨体と、 該中空円筒研磨体をパネル載置台の上方にパネ
ルの表面を回転研磨するように支持し、かつ、中
空円筒研磨体をパネルの表面に沿つて往復運動せ
しめる往復駆動手段とを有することを特徴とする
ブラウン管用パネルの表面研磨装置。
