従来の技術
従来、積載した荷物の間隙を埋めるスペーサと
しては、発泡スチロール樹脂板が使用されてきた
が、保管スペースがかさむ、使用中に粉砕屑を生

側面板11を2つの側面片11A,11Bで形成
し、側面片11A,11Bの端部同士を重合固着
して重合固着部110を形成させ、この重合固着
部110の内側に位置する側面片端111に仕切
板13、継代板14を順次連設し、継代板14を
他方の側面板11に固着して断面日字状に成形
し、一方の側面板11に切り込みにより舌片21
を形成し、舌片21の先端211を対向する他方
の側面板11に設けた長孔22に係着すると共
に、舌片21の一方又は(及び)他方の側端21
2をつま面板12又は(及び)仕切板13に当接

実施例
本考案スペーサの実施例が第1図乃至第3図に
示されている。第3図は本例スペーサの展開図を

連設し、つま面板12の左辺に折線を介して、幅
寸法の短い側面片11Aを連設し、側面片11A
には3個の長孔22を穿設し、この側面片11A
の左辺には折線を介して仕切板13を、そして更
にその左辺に折線を介して継代板14をそれぞれ
連設している。一方前記側面板11の右辺には折
線を介してつま面板12を連設し、つま面板12
の右辺には折線を介して、幅寸法の短い側面片1
1Bを連設し、側面片11Bには3個の舌片21
を切り込んで展開基板10が形成されている。こ
れを組み立てる際は、展開基板10を各折線を介
して屈曲し、側面片11A,11Bの端部同士を
重合固着して2枚の側面片11A,11Bからな
る側面板11の中央部に重合固着部110を形成
させ、この重合固着部110の内側に位置する側
面片端111に順次連設された仕切板13、継代
板14のうち、継代板14を対向する側面板11
の中央部分に固着させ、断面日字状の四角筒体に

考案の効果

板12の幅の荷物間隙を安定的に埋めることがで
きる。また本考案スペーサを数個重ねれば、つま
面板12の幅の合計幅の荷物間隙を埋めることが
できることは勿論である。上述のごとく、本考案
スペーサは、構造強度が強く型くずれせず、使用
中の破損が少ない。更に、使用後は簡単に折り畳
めるので、保管スペースが少なくて済み、何回も
