技術分野
本考案は断熱材や床材あるいは天井化粧板等の
建築用板状内装材に関する。
従来例
従来、この種の建築用板状内装材をコンクリー
ト壁等に取り付ける場合には、建築現場において
板状内装材の裏面に接着剤を塗布し、その後に内
装材をコンクリート壁等に貼り付けるのが普通で
ある。
ところが、上記接着剤は通常溶剤型のものが使
用されるため、作業環境は非常に悪く、また接着
剤の塗布作業自体が重労働である。
本考案の技術的課題
従つて、本考案の解決すべき技術的課題は、こ
の種の建築用板状内装材を建築現場で簡単にコン
クリート壁等に貼り付けることができるようにす
ることである。
本考案の要旨
上記技術的課題を解決するために、本考案は以
下の如く構成した。
すなわち、本考案に係る建築用板状内装材は、
板状基材の片面に接着剤を塗布するとともに、該
接着剤の上に離型紙を貼付してなり、上記接着剤
を、初期接着に優れた1次接着剤と永久接着剤に
優れた2次接着剤との2種類の接着剤より構成
し、かつ両接着剤を均等分布させて塗布したこと
を特徴としている。
上記構成の内装材によれば、建築現場におい
て、この内装材に備えられた離型紙を剥がすのみ
で接着剤を露出せしめることができるため、極め
て簡単に内装材の貼り付け作業を行なうことがで
きる。
また、上記構成においては、初期接着に優れた
1次接着剤と、永久接着剤に優れた2次接着剤と
の2種類の接着剤を板状基材の片面に均等分布す
るように塗布しているため、内装材を確実にコン
クリート壁等に貼り付けることができる。
更に、上記構成によれば、内装材の裏面は離型
紙により被覆されていて、接着剤が表面に露出し
ていないため、内装材自体を鋸で切断する切断作
業も容易に行なうことができる。
上記1次接着剤および2次接着剤は公知のもの
を使用すればよく、例えば、次表に示す接着剤が
好適に利用される。

ろの代表的対象物たるコンクリート壁は一般に正
確な平滑面は備えておらず多少とも凹凸面となつ
ている。従つて、内装材をこのコンクリート壁に
貼り合わせる場合には、コンクリート壁のこの凹
凸面に対して確実に接着剤を付着させる必要があ
る。従つて、上記各接着剤の層の厚み寸法は十分
厚くすることが重要である。尤も、この接着剤層
の厚みを厚くすることに変えて、接着剤と板状基
材との間に弾力性に富むゴム層等を介在せしめ、
このゴム層の弾力性により上記コンクリート壁面
の凹凸を吸収するようにしてもよい。
実施例
以下に、本考案の好ましい実施例を添付図面に
従つて具体的に説明する。尚、各実施例は断熱材
に関する。
第1,2図に第1実施例を示している。第1,
2図において、1は板状基材であり、この基材1
の片面に接着剤を異にする第1接着剤Aと第2接
着剤Bとを定間隔毎に交互にかつ平行に配列して
いる。
上記基材1は公知の構造を有しており、断熱性
に優れたポリスチレンフオーム層すなわち断熱層
材1bの表面にベニヤ板等の表面板1aを接着し
てなる。一方、各接着剤A,Bは同一の積層構造
を有しており、すなわち、ゴム等の弾力層材3を
断熱層材1bの裏面に適当な接着剤2を介して接
着すると共に、該弾力層材3の表面に1次接着剤
4aまたは2次接着剤4bを塗布し、更に各接着
剤4a,4bの上にテープ状の離型紙5を個別的
に貼り合わせてなるものである。
上記1次接着剤は初期接着に優れた接着剤であ
り、一方、2次接着剤は永久接着に優れた接着剤
である。
第3,4図は夫々他の実施例を示している。こ
れらの実施例はいずれも離型紙5aを1枚物で形
成したことを特徴とするものである。すなわち、
第3図においては、基材1bの裏面に第1接着列
Aと第2接着列Bとを交互にかつ平行に配列し、
該接着列の上に、すなわち各接着列A,Bの第1
接着剤および第2の接着剤の上に1枚の大きな離
型紙5aを被せている。また、第4図において
は、第1および第2の接着列A,Bに変えて、第
1および第2の接着斑点A1,B1としている。第
1接着斑点A1は上記第1接着剤列Aに相当する
ものであり、また第2接着斑点B1は上記第2接
着剤列Bに相当するものであり、これらの接着斑
