Claims (1)
- バースト状に発生される高周波信号の電力増幅
をなすトランジスタ電力増幅器であつて、電力増
幅素子であるトランジスタに対する動作バイアス
電圧として、前記トランジスタがＡ級若しくはＡ
Ｂ級動作を行う第１の電圧と、Ｃ級動作を行う第
２の電圧とを発生するバイアス電圧発生手段を設
け、少なくとも高周波信号の増幅期間は前記第１
の電圧をバイアス電圧として前記トランジスタに
供給し、前記高周波信号の非存在期間は前記第２
の電圧を供給するよう制御してなることを特徴と
するトランジスタ電力増幅器。
