面に形成した複数の突出部と、前記突出部の同方
向に内接係合すべく円還状に接合された複数の積
層圧電素子とを有することを特徴とする圧電モー
タ。 (2) 請求項1記載の圧電モータにおいて、複数
の積層圧電素子を2群に分割し且つ互いの位置関
係が励振される進行波の特定の位相差分ずらして
