Claims (1)
- ミラーと前記ミラーを支持固定し、かつ、外周
部にコイルを備えた中空の筺体と前記ミラーと前
記筺体の間に挟んで固定され両端が前記筺体より
突出した板ばねとを有する可動部と、前記コイル
の外周で、かつ前記コイルと適当な隙間をおいて
設置したヨークと、前記筺体の内側で、かつ前記
筺体と適当な隙間をおいて設置した永久磁石とを
有し、前記ヨークの上面両端に前記板ばねの両端
が固定されている構造を特徴とするトラツキング
ミラーアクチユエータ。
