Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 中央のセンターボデイとその両側の一対のカ
バーとの間にそれぞれダイヤフラム設け、これら
のダイヤフラムによつてセンターボデイ側の加圧
室とカバー側の駆動室とを区画し、センターボデ
イを貫通するロツドの両側に両ダイヤフラムを連
結し、一対の駆動室に駆動流体を交互に給排して
両ダイヤフラムを変位させることにより、一対の
加圧室において加圧した主流体を交互に吐出させ
るようにしたダイヤフラム形ポンプにおいて、 上記一対のダイヤフラムをその中心部において
センターボデイの中心孔付近に連結し、上記ロツ
ドをこの中心孔に摺動自在に嵌挿してセンターボ
デイに支承させた、 ことを特徴とするダイヤフラム形往復動ポンプ。 2 中央のセンターボデイとその両側の一対のカ

け、その内周にセンターダイヤフラムの外周縁を
固定し、このセンターダイヤフラムに、ロツドの
表面に披着するための筒状部を連設して、センタ
ーダイヤフラムにより一対の加圧室の間を区画し
た、 ことを特徴とするダイヤフラム形往復動ポンプ。
