Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ポンプ本体内に一対のポンプ室を備え、これら
のポンプ室内を駆動室と加圧室とに区画する各加
圧壁を相互に連結し、一対の駆動室に方向切換弁
を介して交互に加圧エアを給排することにより、
両加圧壁を交互にストロークさせて、一対の加圧
室において加圧した流体を吐出するようにしたエ
ア駆動ポンプにおいて、 上記方向切換弁の弁体に、一対の加圧室に給排
するエアを切換える際に中立位置において両加圧
室を連通させる流路を設けた、 ことを特徴とするエア駆動ポンプ。
