Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 用紙に未定着トナーを定着させる定着ローラと
    、該定着ローラに前記用紙を加圧して搬送する加
    圧ローラと、該加圧ローラによつて前記定着ロー
    ラに加圧された前記用紙を該定着ローラから分離
    する分離爪とを備えた電子写真式記録装置におい
    て、前記分離爪を前記定着ローラから当接可能に
    離隔配置するとともに、搬送される前記用紙が前
    記定着ローラに近づいたことを検出する用紙検出
    センサと、該用紙検出センサの検出信号に応じて
    前記定着ローラから離隠されている前記分離爪を
    該定着ローラに当接させるアクチユエータとを設
    けたことを特徴とする用紙分離装置。
