As shown in FIG. 1, a device for inserting a groove insulating paper 3 into a core groove 2 of a fixed core 1 in a rotating electrical machine has conventionally had the configuration shown in FIGS. 2 to 5. That is, in these FIGS. 2 to 5, reference numeral 4 denotes a hoop material that becomes the groove insulating paper 3, 5 denotes a roller that feeds out this hoop material 4 by a predetermined length in a direction perpendicular to the groove direction of the core groove 2, 6 and 7 are upper and lower cutters, 8 is an R punch for pressing and molding the hoop material 4 cut by these cutters 6 and 7 into an R molding die 9, and 12 is an extruding groove insulating paper 3 that has been formed. , this indexing jig 14 is passed through a drawing die 13 that narrows the iron core into a groove shape, and is passed through a guide hole 14C of the indexing jig 14.
This is a pusher that is inserted into the core groove 2 of the core 2 which is positioned and held by the mandrel 14a of the jig 14 with a key 14b. This is done by controlling the rotation angle of the output gear 15.

However, in the case of this conventional configuration, the feed roller 5
stops after feeding the hoop material 4 by a predetermined length equivalent to 2 in a direction perpendicular to the groove direction of the core groove 2, and at this point, the upper cutter 6 is moved up and down to cut this hoop material 4, and at the same time, the radius R The R punch 8 having a tip shape of 2 is moved up and down to push the cut grooved insulating paper 3 into the R mold 9. This R molding mold 9 consists of a split mold that combines left and right molds 9a and 9b, and inside the mold there is an upward stop 9C, a pusher groove 9d, an R molding surface 9e with a radius R 1 ,
A drawing surface 9j is formed, and the grooved insulating paper 3 that has passed through the drawing surface 9j is molded so as to follow the R forming surface 9e, and both ends of the paper are held by the rising stop 9C by spring back to form the mold. left inside. Next, the pusher 12 moves forward and sends out the grooved insulating paper 3 in the mold through the drawing die 13, but at this time, both ends of the grooved insulating paper 3 pass through the drawing die 13.
While passing through the inner core, the opening is narrowed from X 1 to X 2 as shown in FIG. 4, and the indexing jig 14 is inserted into the core groove 2 through the guide hole 14C. In this insertion mode, the groove insulating paper 3 is slightly protruded from both ends of the core groove 2, and at the same time as the pusher 12 is retreated, the fixed core 1 is moved by one groove along with the indexing jig 14. The above operations are repeated in sequence to form and insert the groove insulating paper 3 one after another.

Since the conventional device is configured in this way, the shape of the core groove of the fixed core 1 is determined by the groove shoulder widths (L A , L B , L C ) and the groove depth (H A , H B ,
H C ) and groove bottoms R (R A , R B , R C ) of the core grooves 2a, 2b, 2c, which change respectively, cutters, bunches, forming dies, drawing dies and indexing jigs are required each time. We had to manufacture all the tools, and spend time changing setups to replace these parts. That is, a large amount of time is required when production is not possible, and the manufacturing cost of related parts becomes high. For this reason, in the case of models that are produced in small numbers, manufacturing jigs one by one will not produce any return on investment.
It was necessary to manually insert grooved insulating paper that had been cut to a predetermined size in advance.

In view of these drawbacks of the conventional technology, the present invention has made the cutter part independent so that any delivery length can be obtained, and the mold is a planar mold that can be used in combination with all shapes, regardless of the R shape of the core groove bottom. In addition to forming it on the lower surface of the molding, there are multiple levels of rising stops at both ends of the groove insulating paper corresponding to the depth of the core groove, and the drawing die is also limited to restraining both ends of the groove insulating paper, and the groove is removed from the drawing die. By adopting a structure in which the insulating paper is directly inserted into the core groove, the present invention aims to provide a groove insulating paper forming and inserting device that can be used for all different core groove shapes using the same jig.
