この筒状部分を軸受け筒内に強制嵌入させ、少な
くとも軸受け筒と係止筒とのフランジ同士の間に
前記ゴミ受の金網を挾んだ状態で軸受金具を取付
けたことにより、上述した問題点を解決するもの
である。

入させ、少なくとも軸受筒12と係止筒14との
フランジ13,15同士の間に前記ゴミ受1の金
網4を挾んだ状態で軸受金具11を取付けたこと
により、金網部分にてゴミを受け、水等は速かに
排出させるようにし、フランジ13によつて全体
の補強を図るものである。
