- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光素子１を固定する基板３と 光フアイバ２を保持する支持基板４と 支持基板４の上に形成される膜抵抗５と、 膜抵抗５に接続される電極６と、 膜抵抗５の上に形成される金属膜７とを備え、 発光素子１を発光状態にし、光フアイバ２を金
属膜７上に載せて発光素子１と結合させ、光フア
イバ２上に載せたハンダ８を膜抵抗５を発熱させ
て溶かし、発光素子１が光フアイバ２と光学的に
最大に結合した状態で、膜抵抗５の発熱を止め、
光フアイバ２を支持基板４に固定することを特徴
とする発光素子と光フアイバの結合固定機構。
