Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外周面にビニール等のゴミ袋を構成する長
    尺な素材が装着された中空リング状の筒体と、上
    記筒体から一定長離反した下方部位の対向する位
    置に配設されて、相互に近接もしくは離反自在な
    一対のヒートシール治具と、該ヒートシール治具
    内の上下部に設けられた一対の加熱源と、この加
    熱源の略中間位置に相当する部位に位置する切断
    器具と、上記ヒートシール治具を近接もしくは離
    反させる駆動源とを具備して成ることを特徴とす
    る生ゴミのパツク装置。 (2) 上記中空リング状の筒体の上部に、長尺な
    素材内に生ゴミを押し込むための押し棒が取付け
    られた蓋体を開閉自在に配備したことを特徴とす
    る生請求項１記載のゴミのパツク装置。
