ある。 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a vertical joint structure when forming the outer wall of a building into a flat outer wall using panels. Generally, when panels are used to form walls, such as horizontally stretched interior and exterior walls, the joints at the ends of the panels, the so-called vertical joint and horizontal joint structures, are a major problem from the standpoint of waterproofing, appearance, and construction. was. That is, there was a drawback that the fasteners for fixing the panel, such as nail heads, were directly exposed to the exterior of the panel end. Also,
In terms of waterproofing, there was a disadvantage that rainwater leaked to the back side of the wall from the nail heads and the butt joints of the panels. For this reason, sealants are placed at the butt joints of panels to make them waterproof. However, in panels that use synthetic resin foam such as urethane foam for the core material, the core material and sealing material do not adhere, and only the end face of the thin surface material (0.27 to 0.35 mm thick) adheres. Therefore, it is difficult to apply, and the sealing material easily peels off from the end surface of the surface material, resulting in leakage of rainwater and the like into the interior. Furthermore, it is necessary to finish the joints and the decorative surface of the panel flush, but it is difficult to achieve a beautiful finish because of the small adhesive area. Another drawback is that the sealing material deteriorates due to ultraviolet rays, making it impossible to maintain waterproofness at the joints over a long period of time. Furthermore, as an improvement on this type of item, Jikosho
No. 54-26647 is known. However, with this structure, not only is it not easy to process the clips, but there is also a large amount of wasted material, and there are no waterproof tongues at both longitudinal ends of the strip seat plate, causing rainwater to leak to the back of the wall. . Since the gassho claw has a shape that allows for easy elastic deformation, the band-shaped cover can be easily removed. Since a large gap is required between the ends of the outer wall boards, especially a gap where the gassho claws can be deformed, the insulation of the joints is poor. Machining is required at the edge of the exterior plate. There were drawbacks such as: In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention vertically fixes a long guide/waterproof body with a T-shaped cross section on the building frame that will serve as the vertical joint, and attaches both longitudinal ends of the decorative surface on the horizontal surface of the long guide/waterproof body. Place both ends of the panel whose edges are bent at right angles to form an end wall, and fix the panel to the frame with nails to form a vertical joint. In addition to planting sealant in the gap between the end wall of the panel and the end wall of the panel,
A short locking body is attached to the tip of the vertical surface part so as to cross the vertical joint, and the cover is engaged with this locking body through elastic deformation, and the nail head and locking body exposed at the vertical joint are engaged. To propose a vertical joint structure in which a stopper body and a guide-cum-waterproof body are covered to easily form vertical joints that are both waterproof and highly decorative. The vertical joint structure of a wall using the panel according to the present invention (hereinafter simply referred to as joint structure) is shown below using the drawings.
An example will be described in detail. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a part of the wall formed by the joint structure described above, in which 1 is a panel, 5 is a guide and waterproof body (hereinafter simply referred to as a guide), 10 is a sealing material,
11 is a locking body, 16 is a cover, 20 is a vertical joint, 2
1 is a fixture, and 22 is a frame, which is formed from main pillars 23 and studs 24. To explain further, the panel 1 has a male connecting part 2 and a female connecting part 3, for example as shown in FIGS. It is an elongated body made of a sandwich structure consisting of a front surface material, a core material, and a back surface material having end walls 4 bent at right angles, and the wall surfaces are at least substantially flush when connected. This end wall 4 is intended to prevent the panel 1 from warping and the decorative surface from sagging, improve the linearity of the edge of the panel 1 , and improve the adhesiveness between the panel 1 and the sealant 10. It is. The decorative surface of the panel 1 may include one, two, or a plurality of ribs (not shown) as shown by the two-dot chain line. In addition, the guide 5 is shown in FIG.
As shown in figure b, a long body, such as a metal plate or a synthetic resin plate, is pushed out and pulled out as shown in figure a,
The vertical section is formed into a roughly T-shape by injection molding, or as shown in Figure b, press or roll forming, and is mainly used as a waterproof base material, separation wall, guide, and attachment to the building frame. It is something.
That is, the guide 5 includes a vertical surface portion 7 that protrudes along the longitudinal direction from the center of the short surface 6a of the horizontal surface portion 6 of the elongated body, and a guide portion 8 that is provided as necessary at the tip of the vertical surface portion 7.
and a tongue piece 9 which is bent at both the left and right end edges in the short direction of the horizontal surface part 6 into a lower seam shape. Further, the guide portion 8 may be solid or hollow, and its cross section may be formed into one of a diamond shape, a square shape, or, although not shown, a wedge shape, a semicircle, an ellipse, or the like. In the case of the guide 5 shown in Figure b, the horizontal surface portion 6 and the vertical surface portion 7 are divided into two parts, but the overall cross-sectional shape and function are the same as in Figure A. Further, the sealing material 10 is planted in the gap between the end wall 4 of the panel 1 and the vertical surface portion 7 of the guide 5 , and serves to waterproof the vertical joints 20 and block ventilation. Its materials are synthetic rubber, synthetic resin, etc.
It is waterproof and elastic. Furthermore, the locking body 11 is formed by molding one type of metal plate, synthetic resin plate, etc., as shown in FIGS.
and a reinforcing structure having a side surface 13a inclined at an angle θ 1 at least at the lower part of the side surface by bending both side edges thereof, and a so-called locking part 13 having a generally doglegged cross section. It is a short body having a protrusion 14 and a groove 15 protruding from the surface 12a parallel to the side surface at the center of the bottom surface 12 and into which the upper end of the vertical surface portion of the guide 5 is attached. This is useful for easily locking along the vertical joints 20 without coming off. Of course, the longitudinal ends of the panel 1 are fixed, and the deformation of the panel 1 ,
This is to prevent secession. In addition, the specific shape of the locking body 11 is such that the locking part 13 is bent inward at θ 3 and then bent outward at θ 2 and θ 1 to reinforce it, as shown in figure a. , a locking body in which the groove 15 is wedge-shaped;
A locking body having a concave groove 15 formed into an angular shape as shown in Figure b, a locking body with the rising edge of the locking part 13 bent from θ 1 to θ 3 as shown in Figures c and d, e As shown in the figure, one side of the locking part 13 is formed into a triangular cylinder shape and the other side is formed into a dogleg shape . As shown in Figure G, the locking body has the locking part 13 formed in an arc shape. As shown in figure i, the locking body is formed into a substantially gutter shape, and as shown in figure j, the locking part 13 is formed at an acute angle θ 1. This is a locking body formed only of 13a and having a trapezoidal protrusion 14. In addition, the nail hole 22a in the figure can be made larger if necessary. In addition, the bottom part 12
The width W 1 is wider than the position of the fixing device 21 such as a nail driven into the end of the vertical joint 20, for example, about 10 to 100 mm,
W 2 is about 3 to 20 mm, height h 1 is about 2 to 20 mm,
preferably smaller than the height h 2 of the cover 16 ;
Length L 1 is about 5 to 200 mm, θ 1 <90°, θ 2 <90°, θ 3 ≒45
The angle is approximately 150°. Further, the cover 16 is made of one kind of metal or synthetic resin formed to a thickness that can exhibit elastic deformation, for example, as shown in FIGS.
A vertical joint 20 is formed by covering the vertical joint part 20a, the nail head driven into the end of the panel, the sealing material 10, and the locking body 11 .
It is useful as a decorative material to prevent the head of the fixing tool from being exposed at all, and as a waterproofing material for the vertical joint portion 20a. To explain more specifically, Figure a shows the decorative surface 17 and its both side edges at an inward angle θ 4 (obtuse angle).
A cover formed from a decorative side surface 18 bent at a angle θ 5 (an acute angle) at its lower end and an engaging tongue piece 19 having an extended and inwardly bent ridge 19a at its tip; Figure b is the gap 1 in figure a.
Figure c shows a cover with 9a removed, figure c shows a cover with two or one rib 17a (not shown) formed on the decorative surface 17 in figure a, and figure d shows a cover with the engaging tongue 19 in figure A changed to θ 5 =0. Fig. e shows a cover with the seam 19a removed in Fig. d, Fig. f shows a cover with ribs 17a formed on the decorative surface 17 in Fig. e, and Fig. g shows a cover with the decorative side 18 formed in a dogleg shape. A cover with the joint tongue piece 19 removed, Figure h is a cover with a crease 19a formed on the decorative side surface 18 in Figure G, and i
The figure shows a cover in which the tip of the decorative side surface 18 is bent outward and extends horizontally, and the end edge thereof is bent inward to form a stable tongue piece 19a. This is a cover that is formed vertically, with its tip bent inward and extended horizontally, and then formed upward in a dogleg shape. In addition, the width W 4 of the decorative surface 17 is the width of the locking body 11 .
It is determined by W 3 , the distance W 5 between the engaging tongue pieces 19, and the distance W 6 between the tips of the decorative side surfaces 18, and the length L 2 is 600.
~7272mm, and the height h2 is approximately 5~20mm. Next, the joint structure according to the present invention will be explained. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, first,
The guide 5 is placed vertically at the center of the main pillar 23 on the frame 22, for example, and the horizontal part 6 is attached to the fixture 2.
Fixed at 1. Next, the panel 1 is made horizontal, the end wall 4 is arranged so as to be almost in contact with the vertical surface part 7 of the guide 5 , and the male and female connecting parts 2 and 3 formed on the side edges are interconnected. The first and second rows of wall portions A, B and vertical joint portions 20a are formed. Next, the sealing material 10 is planted in the gap between the end wall 4 and the vertical surface portion 7 of the vertical joint portion 20a. Since the sealing material 10 is interposed in the gap between the end wall 4 and the vertical surface portion 7 as shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive area is large and the waterproofness and sealability are improved. Next, the concave grooves 15 of a plurality of locking bodies 11 arranged at a predetermined pitch are fitted into the tips of the vertical surface portions 7 of the guide 5 , and the bottom surface portion 12 is fixed to the frame body 22 with the fixtures 21. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the engaging tongue piece 19 of the cover 16 is placed on the locking portion 13 of the locking body 11 as shown in FIG. 4b, and this is fitted in the direction of the arrow. The cover 16 is engaged with the locking body 11 by utilizing elastic deformation of one or both of the cover 16 and the locking body 11 , and the guide 5 , the vertical joint portion 20a, the nail head, and the locking body 11 are covered. 16 to form vertical joints 20. Although not shown, the cover 16 connects one of the engaging tongues 19 to the locking portion 1.
3 and press the end of the cover 16 in either the left or right direction. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the joint structure according to the present invention, and the guide 5 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 7a to 7m. As described above, according to the joint structure according to the present invention, the vertical joint formed at the end of the panel does not appear directly on the outside, so high precision is not required in the construction of the panel. It has the feature that it can significantly shorten construction time because it only needs to be brought into contact. In addition, the nail heads that are hammered into the edges of the panels do not appear at all, so unlike before, there is no need to apply a decorative coating to the vertical joints, resulting in lower costs and the appearance of mottled patterns due to different colors. There are also characteristics that do not occur in walls. In addition, the vertical joints have a large area where the end wall of the panel and the vertical surface of the guide are bonded with a sealant interposed, and are all covered with a cover, so the vertical joints have excellent waterproof and weather resistance. It has characteristics that serve as joints. Furthermore, since the joint cover is easy to replace, there is an advantage that even when the wall is completely coated with paint and repaired, a cover that matches the color can be attached. In addition, since the locking part of the locking body has a dogleg-shaped side surface and is formed into a substantially triangular tube shape, the engagement position with the cover is largely free, and the rising part is made of a single plate. Therefore, it has the feature that sufficient elasticity can be applied to the locking portion. Furthermore, since the tip of the locking tongue of the cover is bent into a seam shape, the longitudinal end of the cover is not distorted and is straight, and since the end of the cover is wrapped inside, it has excellent strength and corrosion resistance. be. In addition, because the locking body is placed on the edge of the panel and the bottom part is fixed to the frame, the panel surface is not deformed and is robust, and the panel can be reliably supported by holding the panel edge. . Furthermore, since end walls are provided at both ends of the decorative surface of the panel in the longitudinal direction, there is no warping, and the ends of the panel are aligned in a straight line, making it easy to install the sealant.
