５……低インピーダンスライン、６……バイアス
ターミナル、７……カプリングキヤパシタ、８…
…ＢＲＦ、９……終端用レジスタ、１０……キヤ
パシタを示す。なお、各図中同一符号は同一また
は相当部分を示す。
第２図は従来のアンプ安定化回路を示す構成図を
示す。図において、１……アンプ、２……入出力
のマイクロ波ライン、３……入出力ターミナル、
４，５……チヨーク用高インピーダンスライン、
５……低インピーダンスライン、６……バイアス
ターミナル、７……カプリングキヤパシタ、８…

Claims (1)
- アンプの入力端及び出力端に接続されたマイク
ロ波ラインと、上記マイクロ波ラインに接続され
た入力及び出力ターミナルと、上記アンプとマイ
クロ波ラインの間に接続された各２本の高インピ
ーダンスラインと低インピーダンスラインと、上
記高・低インピーダンスラインの間に接続された
２つのバイアスターミナルと、上記２つのバイア
スターミナル接続点同士を高周波的につなぐカプ
リングキヤパシタとを具備したことを特徴とする
アンプ安定化回路。
