Ｂは、それぞれプールローラ部の概略正面図及び
背面図、第２図Ａ，Ｂは、リールユニツトのそれ
ぞれ平面図及び正面図、第３図は、本考案に係る
自動梱包機の全体斜視透視図、第４図は、バンド
ガイドの斜視図、第５図は、フイードローラ部の
斜視図である。第６図はリールユニツトの全体を
示す分解斜視図である。 ２……プールボツクス、３……フイードローラ
部、１０……リールユニツト、４０ａ，ｂ……バ
ンドリール、５５……プールローラ、３２……バ
ンドガイド、３５……フイードローラ、５６ａ，
ｂ……タツチローラ、７０……プールシユータ。

Claims (1)
- 複数のバンドリールを有し該複数のバンドリー
ルのバンド終端検知手段を有するリールユニツト
と、前記検知手段の検知信号により所定短時間作
動するバンド終端側を把持する複数のバンド終端
把持手段を備えるプールシユータとプールシユー
タ内で正逆転駆動するプールローラと、該プール
ローラに選択的に圧接離自在の複数のタツチロー
ラを備え各タツチローラとプールローラ間で別個
のバンドリールのバンドをプールボツクス方向へ
送り出し、バンドをプールするように設けると共
に、プールボツクス内で前記プールシユータのバ
ンド出口から、バンドを送り出し引締めるため正
逆転するフイードローラ間の、バンド案内位置に
おいてバンドを案内するバンドガイドを有し、こ
のバンドガイドはバンド案内位置にあることを確
認する信号発生手段を有し、且つ前記フイードロ
ーラ部に設けたバンド存在検知手段の検知信号に
よりバンド案内部から抜脱させ、前記プールシユ
ータに設けたバンド不存在検知手段の検知信号に
より前記バンド案内位置に挿嵌される構成と成す
と共に、前記バンドガイドのバンド案内位置確認
信号で、プールローラをバンドプール方向へ回転
駆動し、前記バンド終端側の把持解除後プールロ
ーラをバンドプール方向の反対方向へ回転駆動す
ることを特徴とする自動バンドリール交替・バン
ド装填装置。
