FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing a conventional power supply unit mounting mechanism. 1 is a cabinet of an electrical device, and 2 is a battery. The cabinet 1 includes a spring coil 3, a detachable lever 4,
attachment/detachment button 5, bracket 6, and shaft 7,
7, a hold lever 9, a spring coil 10, and a bracket 11.
A biasing mechanism 12 is formed. When the battery 2 slides its abutting surface 13 along the abutting surface 14 of the cabinet 1 in the direction of arrow D, the groove 15 provided in the abutting surface 13 of the battery 2 pulls the hold lever 9. ,
When aligned with the cabinet 1, the detachment lever 4 engages with the groove 16 and is attached to the cabinet 1. When the attachment/detachment button 5 is pressed, the attachment/detachment lever 4 is removed from the groove 16, and at the same time, the hold lever 9, which is biased by the spring coil 10, is pulled out of the groove 16.
Due to the biasing force, the battery 2 can be removed from the cabinet 1.

Guide rails 29, 2 that guide 7, 27, 27
9, 29, 29 are formed. A stepped portion 2 is provided at the center of the guide rails 29, 29, 29, 29.
8, 28, 28, 28 are provided, and the step portions 28, 28, 28, 28 are provided with the ribs 27,
27, 27, 27 are configured to allow movement in a direction perpendicular to the abutting surface 14 when they are fitted. The ribs 27, 27, 27, 27 are provided on the side edges of the power supply unit 2,
When the power supply unit 2 is attached to the cabinet 1, the ribs 27, 27, 27, 27 fit into the guide rails 29, 29, 29, 29 and function as sliding guides, and the stepped portions 28, 28, 2
8 and 28, it functions as a locking member. Also, as shown in Figure 3,
An elastic terminal plate 30 projects from the abutting surface 14 of the cabinet 1. The terminal board 30
The base is fused and fixed to the inner surface of the abutting surface 14, and the contact 32 provided at the free end is in sliding contact with the abutting surface 13 of the power supply unit 2 with considerable elastic force. The electrical connection between the cabinet 1 and the power supply unit 2 is made by connecting the terminal plate 30 to the power supply unit 2.
This is done by contacting the battery terminal 31 provided on the abutment surface 13 of the battery terminal 31 . Here, the terminal plate 30 is designed to contact the battery terminal 31 with an appropriate terminal contact pressure.

Since it is biased in the direction of arrow A, when the abutment surfaces 13 of the cabinet 1 and the power supply unit 2 are aligned, the ribs 27, 27, 27, 27 guided by the guide rails 29, 29, 29, 29 Above step part 2
8, 28, 28, 28 and is attached to the cabinet 1. At this time, since the terminal plate 30 comes into contact with the battery terminal 31, the electrical connection between the cabinet 1 and the power supply unit 2 is also completed. In addition, as shown by arrow C, the installed power supply unit 2 is connected to the cabinet 1.
When the ribs 27, 27, 27, 27 and the stepped portions 28, 28, 28, 28 are disengaged, the power supply unit 2 is slid along the abutting surface 14 while being pushed in the direction. It can be removed from the cabinet 1. Incidentally, the sliding direction of the power supply unit 2 during installation and removal may be reversed.

A biasing means for biasing the power supply unit outward from the abutment surface is formed, and the guide portion engages with the stepped portion simply by sliding the power supply unit along the abutment surface. Since the power supply unit is attached to the cabinet, it has a simple structure and can be easily attached and detached without having to form a complicated locking mechanism, biasing means, etc. as in the conventional example, and the number of parts in manufacturing is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to provide a power supply unit mounting mechanism that can be easily manufactured at low cost and has improved workability.
