-Refer to Publication No. 59445). In this method, the weft is wound onto a cylindrical drum that has a concave portion S in one place on the flange on the shuttleless loom side using a flanged drum with a circumference length equivalent to the width of the woven cloth, and the drum surface is wound at the weft insertion position of the shuttleless loom. Arranged perpendicular to the weft driving direction,
A shuttleless weaving machine characterized in that it is equipped with an unwinding control device that presses or separates the weft threads on the drum at one point, and is operated for each pick of the loom to perform weaving. This is a method of weaving kasuri patterns and patterns using a loom.

However, the present invention is a further improvement on this, that is, in the above invention, it is now possible to weave a variety of pattern patterns with the same dyed yarn or pattern pattern constituent yarn. This is what I did.

ことを特徴とする。 That is, in the present invention, the length of one weft yarn necessary for weaving a fabric is made into a repeat length, and the yarn of the repeat length is colored, discharged, thickened, etc. necessary to create a pattern, and then It is wound onto a flanged cylindrical drum with a circumferential length equal to the repeat length, and the flanged cylindrical drum is arranged at the weft insertion position of the shuttleless loom with its ring surface perpendicular to the weft driving direction. A recess S is formed in one part of the collar on the shuttle loom side, and a shuttle release control means is provided near the recess to press and release the yarn by a repeat length for each pick. On the other hand, two fixed guides are provided between the flanged cylindrical drum and the shuttleless loom, and a floating guide is provided between these fixed guides, and the weft yarn passing between the fixed guides is directed out in the traveling direction through the floating guide. By making it move, the length of the unraveling from the unhulling control point on the flanged cylindrical drum to the selvage of the fabric on the loom becomes longer or shorter, and various patterns are woven. It is characterized by making it so that

Divide this repeat length into three equal parts and color each 5cm of each 50cm. This was applied to the circumference of a flanged cylindrical drum with a cylinder length of 150 cm in Japanese Patent Application No. 61-200348 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 63-2003).
In addition to winding using the method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 59445), an unwinding control device is also provided at one location on the cylindrical drum to press or release the weft, and this is applied to each pick of the loom. Activate.

In this case, A-B=B-C=150cm, and the color pattern m is a pattern parallel to the selvage of the fabric.

Then, the floating guide 8 moves from the running line of the thread 1 to h=
If it is off by 10cm, n=√10 2 +10 2 = 14.14cm
So, the S = 20cm becomes 14.14cm x 2 = 28.28cm, and becomes 28.28-20cm = 8.28cm longer. In other words, in the illustrated example, the pattern position f on the weaving will be shifted to the right by about 8.28 cm, and at this time the rotation speed of the loom will be
If 200R/M, the weft density of the fabric is 50 threads/inch, and the cam 9 rotates once at a constant speed, 200÷50=4 inches of fabric will be woven, and the pattern will move about 8.28 cm to the right while weaving 2 inches. Then, during the next 2 inches of weaving, the pattern will move 8.28 cm to the left and return to its original position.

短かくても何ら問題なく製織されるのである。 However, the length supplied as weft is usually
8.28 repetitions when 100 wefts are woven, which is 150cm.
cm is getting shorter. That is, 8.28cm÷100=0.0828cm
Therefore, each time we weaved, we were fed about 0.0828 cm shorter, and conversely, the next 2 inches were fed for the same reason.
This means that the length of one weft thread per 0.0828 cm is long, but in shuttleless looms, about 50 to 60 mm is used on the outside of the selvedge of the fabric on one side, so the length of one weft thread is Even if the length is about 0.5 cm long or short, it can be woven without any problem.
