However, with the above-mentioned conventional configuration, when automatically filling hot water using a timer, if there is already residual hot water in the bathtub when the hot water pouring operation switch is turned on, the bathtub will be filled when the water supply stops using the timer. In order for the stored water level to reach the desired full water level and for the stored water temperature to reach the desired boiling temperature, the operator must determine the amount and temperature of the remaining hot water in advance and take these into account. The operating time of the timer and the set temperature for bathing when hot water is supplied must be set in the same state, and the setting operations that involve these judgments are extremely complicated. or,
Because it is an artificial judgment, it is easy to cause incorrect settings.
As a result, the water level and temperature of the water stored when the timer stops supplying hot water are vastly different from the desired full water level and boiling temperature, and the water level and temperature must be adjusted again when taking a bath.
There was still room for improvement in terms of operability and automatic hot water filling performance.

The characteristic configuration of the hot water supply device for a bath according to the present invention is that it is provided with a sensor that detects the level of water stored in the bathtub and a sensor that detects the temperature of the stored water, and supplies hot water to the bathtub intermittently, and also uses the hot water for bathing. A control device that automatically operates the hot water supply operation unit that switches the hot water supply state between pouring at a set temperature and reheating at a higher set temperature determines the storage state based on information from both sensors. Based on the determination result by the determining means, the pouring state is executed when the state (a) and the state (c) are present, and the reheating state is executed when the state (b) is present. and, in order to stop the hot water supply when the above-mentioned state (d) is reached, an output means is provided for operating the hot water supply operation section from the time of receiving a hot water supply start command from the human operation section, and its operation. , the effects are as follows.

In other words, if there is even a small amount of hot water remaining in the bathtub at the time of starting hot water supply, first execute the reheating state to raise the temperature of the stored water to the set temperature for bathing, and then
If you continue pouring water until the reservoir water level reaches the set full water level, you can most easily fill with hot water at the desired full water level and the desired temperature. Since it is dangerous to discharge and supply hot water for fire-fighting, by adopting the control form described in the [Solution] section,
When the stored water level is less than the set low water level [state (A)] at the start of hot water supply, the hot water pouring state is first executed to automatically raise the stored water level to the set low water level at which the reheating state is safely possible.

Then, when the storage state is in state (b), depending on whether after the execution of the first hot water pouring state has been completed or whether the stored water level (residual hot water) is already higher than the set low water level at the time of starting hot water supply, By executing the reheating state, the temperature of the stored water is quickly raised to the set temperature for bathing, thereby eliminating the quantitative and temperature effects of the remaining hot water, which are uncertain factors, and then changing the storage state to (Ha). )
As the state changes, the hot water pouring state is executed again to raise the stored water level to the set full water level, and when the set full water level is reached [state (d)], hot water supply is automatically stopped.

As a result of the above, it is possible to eliminate the troublesome manual operations of manually determining the amount and temperature of remaining hot water, setting a timer for hot water supply time in anticipation of the remaining hot water condition, and setting the hot water temperature. Regardless of the situation, by simply issuing a command to start hot water supply, the system automatically fills the water in an ideal manner, with the stored water level appropriately matching the desired full water level, and the temperature of the boiling stored water appropriately matching the desired temperature. Moreover, it has been possible to provide a highly practical hot water supply device for baths that can be operated with high safety.

(A) By turning ON the pouring operation switch 15 provided on the remote controller 11, the water supply control valve 8 is first opened and operated so that the water supply amount becomes a preset large flow rate for pouring hot water. .
Then, the fuel control valve 10 is opened based on the water supply start detection by the water flow detection sensor 13.
At the same time as the main gas burner 2 is ignited, information from the hot water temperature sensor 12 is sent so that the hot water temperature is maintained at the temperature T L artificially set by the hot water temperature setting tool 16 provided in the remote controller 11. While feeding back the fuel control valve 10, the opening degree of the fuel control valve 10 is controlled and the heating capacity of the main burner 2 is automatically adjusted. (B) While there is water stored in the bathtub 5, by turning on the reheating operation switch 17 provided in the remote controller 11, the amount of water supplied becomes a preset small flow rate for reheating. The water supply control valve 8 is opened, and the fuel control valve 10 is opened based on the water supply start detection by the water flow detection sensor 13, as in the case (A) above.
At the same time, the main gas burner 2 is ignited. Then, while feeding back information from the hot water temperature sensor 12, the fuel control valve 10 is adjusted to the opening degree so as to maintain the hot water supply temperature at a high reheating temperature T H that is fixedly set in advance, for example, 98°C. (C) By turning on the automatic bath operation switch 18 provided on the remote controller 11, the above-mentioned (A) pouring state and (B) reheating state are alternately and automatically performed. Finally, the water level stored in the bathtub 5 reaches almost the set full water level WL 2 .
In addition, when the temperature of the stored water separately detected by the sensor 21 reaches the set temperature T L for bathing set by the temperature setting tool 16, the hot water supply is automatically stopped. In other words, the hot water filling operation for bathing is performed on all automatic bath operation switches 18.
This is done automatically with just the ON operation.

In order to detect whether the water level WL of the bathtub reservoir water is below the set low water level WL 1 or whether it is below the set full water level WL 3 , it is necessary to detect whether the water level WL of the bathtub reservoir water is below the set low water level WL 1 or below, as in the above embodiment. Separate water level switches 19 and 20 that turn ON when the water level reaches WL 1 and WL 2
Instead of using , one water level sensor is installed that continuously detects the storage water level WL, and based on the detection result, it is determined whether the storage water level WL is below the set low water level WL 1 and the set full water level. Various water level detection configurations can be adopted, such as determining whether the water level is below WL 3 , and these water level detection configurations are collectively referred to as water level sensors 19 and 20.
