Claims (1)
- 平行状に配置された１対のタンクと、両タンク
間に並列状に配置されかつ両端が前記タンクに連
通状態に接続された複数本のアルミニウム製チユ
ーブと、隣接するチユーブ間及び最外側のチユー
ブの外側に配置されたアルミニウム製フインと、
最外側のフインの外側に配置されかつ両端が前記
タンクに固定されたサイドピースとを有する熱交
換器において、前記サイドピースが、アルミニウ
ム製の板に曲げ加工を施すことによつて断面コ字
状に成形されたサイドピース本体と、アルミニウ
ム製の補強材とによつて構成され、サイドピース
本体を開側を外向きにして最外側のフインに接触
状態に配置すると共に補強材をサイドピース本体
の少なくとも両側板部に接触状態に配置した状態
で、サイドピース本体とフイン、及び補強材とサ
イドピース本体とが接合一体化されてなることを
特徴とする熱交換器。
