Claims (1)
- 空胴共振器と、上部に冷媒を溜める溜部及びこ
の溜部の底部に有底筒状の突出部を有するデユワ
と、該デユワの溜部を通して突出部内に挿入され
る試料管と、前記デユワの突出部を前記空胴共振
器内部に挿入するためこの空胴共振器上壁に形成
された挿入穴とを備え、前記空胴共振器外におけ
る突出部の内径を空胴共振器上壁から溜部に向か
つて徐々に大きくしたことを特徴とする電子スピ
ン共鳴装置における試料冷却構造。
