Claims (1)
- 超音波パルスを送受波して物標の有無を検知す
る超音波検知装置において、送波から一定時間経
過後、該超音波検知装置から一定距離位置に設け
られるモニタ反射体からの受波信号を検出するモ
ニタ反射体検出手段と、該検出手段出力が存在し
ない場合に上記超音波検知装置を異常と判断する
判別手段とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波検知
器の異常検出装置。
