成している調圧体１１の部分の平面断面図、第３
図は、バレルＢの縦断面図、第４図は、バレルＢ
を構成している棒材２３の斜視図、第５図は、第
３図におけるＸ−Ｘ線断面図、第６図は、第３図
においてＸ−Ｘ線の部分で破断したバレルＢの部
分斜視図、第７図は、バレルＢの拡大部分横断面
図である。 本考案を構成している主要部分の符号の説明は
以下の通りである。Ｂ……バレル、Ｓ……スクリ
ユー装置、２……し渣、２ａ……脱水済のし渣、
４……スクリユー軸、５……スクリユー羽根、２
３……棒材、２４……棒材の間の隙間、２５……
リングプレート、２６……夾雑物。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スクリユー軸の外周面にスクリユー羽根が
    螺旋状に取付けられたスクリユー装置と、このス
    クリユー装置が内装されると共に、し渣を脱水し
    て生ずる水を外部に排出するための排出部が全周
    面にわたつて設けられているバレルとを有し、ス
    クリユー軸の外周面とバレルの内周面との間に容
    積がバレルの出口部に向かつて漸次小さくなつて
    おり、バレルに送り込まれたし渣をスクリユー装
    置の回転作用によつて、スクリユー軸の軸方向に
    徐々に送る間に圧搾して脱水する構成のし渣脱水
    用スクリユープレスにおいて、 相隣接す棒材の間に繊維状の夾雑物が排出され
    得る隙間が形成されるようにして、横断面が台形
    状の多数本の棒材を円周方向に並べて、その両端
    部をリングプレートで一体に連結してバレルを構
    成したことを特徴とするし渣脱水用スクリユープ
    レス。 (2) 幅が漸次変化している断面台形状の棒材を
    使用することにより、多数の棒材により形成され
    るバレルの形状をテーパー円筒状にしたことを特
    徴とする請求項(1)に記載のし渣脱水用スクリユ
    ープレス。
