Claims (1)
振可能な自励式加振器と振動加速度検出装置とを
内蔵する制振装置を、回転機械の頂部近傍に設置
し、上記振動加速度検出装置により該回転機械の
振動加速度を検出し、該振動加速度を相殺する加
速度を上記自励式加振器より発生させて該回転機
械の制振を行わせるようにしたことを特徴とする
立軸回転機械の制振装置。 2 自励式加振器を、水平方向に自由に動けるよ
うに弾性支持された可動平板と、水平面内の直交
する2方向に上記可動平板に対向させて固定され
た2組の電磁石とを内部に取付け立軸回転機械頂
部近傍に設置されるケーシングと、該ケーシング
に取付けられた直交2方向のセンサからの信号を
入力して位相の補償を行なう位相補償回路、直線
検波回路及び電力増幅器等からなる制御回路によ
つて構成し、該制御回路を介して前記電磁石の励
磁コイルに所定の電流を流すことにより該回転機
械の加速度を零に近づけるようにしたことを特徴
