Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ４本の振動片を備えたＨ型振動子と、一対
の駆動用圧電素子と、一対の自励発振検出用圧電
素子とを有し、前記振動片の１本には前記駆動用
圧電素子または前記自励発振検出用圧電素子のい
ずれか１枚を配設したことを特徴とする振動ジヤ
イロ。 (2) 前記振動片の一方の側の上下２本の振動片
の共通な面に、互いに逆極性のま駆動用圧電素子
をそれぞれ１枚づつ配設し、前記振動片の他方の
側の上下２本の振動片の共通な面に互いに逆極性
の前記自励振動検出用圧電素子をそれぞれ１枚づ
つ配設したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の振動
ジヤイロ。 (3) 前記振動片の一方の側の左右２本の振動片
の共通な面に、互いに逆極性の前記駆動用圧電素
子をそれぞれ１枚づつ配設し、前記振動片の他方
の側の左右２本の振動片の共通な面に、互いに逆
極性の前記自励振動検出用圧電素子をそれぞれ１
枚づつ配設したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の
振動ジヤイロ。
