  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ターゲツトに電子ビームを当ててそこから
    発生するＸ線をＸ線透過窓を通して外部に取り出
    すＸ線管において、 前記ターゲツトから前記Ｘ線透過窓に向かう反
    跳電子の進行方向を曲げるための磁場を発生する
    磁場発生手段を備えることを特徴とするＸ線管。 (2) 請求項１記載のＸ線管において、前記Ｘ線
    透過窓は、Ｘ線管のケーシングより外側に向かつ
    て突き出した突き出し管の先端に設けられていて
    、前記磁場発生手段は前記突き出し管に設けられ
    ていることを特徴とするＸ線管。
